I did not have that problem after loading the update for a second time. The first update got hung up at 91% and would not restart. After second attempt it worked. I just checked my USB and it works. Not sure if any of this helps you...hope it does.

USB fails after 1909 and/or Edge update After updating all USB functions stopped and show as 'This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.' I have tried deleting and reboot and it is the same. I removed the 1909 update and still the same but cannot remove KB4559303 which is linked to the new Edge. Any ideas would be appreciated as I have even had to dig out an old PS2 keyboard just to be able to use the computer. Thanks

Window updates = no communication to my printer. UPDATE KB-4560960 YOU MUST COME OUT WITH A SOLUTION! FAST! There is no excuse for this. Computer updates are not affected with COVID-19. Get with the program. A good one. There are no affordable printers available because of all the home schooling and printers were in demand - all reasonably priced printers are sold out with no known future inventory according to Office Depot.

There seems to be many parts to this update. The first time my computer tried to update it got hung up so I had to find out how to cut it off and restart it. Then I tried updating again and it took, but some of it needs to restart and will not let me do it right now. It requests that it be done when I am not on my computer working. I am wondering what my situation will be once everything is installed. I might have a mess like yours.

Also not able to open MS Word, other office items are working fine.

I did not have that problem after loading the update for a second time. The first update got hung up at 91% and would not restart. After second attempt it worked. I just checked my USB and it works. Not sure if any of this helps you...hope it does.

USB fails after 1909 and/or Edge update
