Every time Microsoft forces an UPDATE on my computer - particularly with KB4560960 - my printer will not function to allow me to print out files on my computer
because KB4560690 renders it inoperative.
Brother Printers INC knows of this problem, and they can't do anything about it because it is the fault (problem of Microsoft.)
First art of this week (July 6, 2020) I contacted the Help Section via "Settings".
I finally got a "live person" instead of that stupid Virtual Help ****, and I told him about the problem, e.g., KB4560960.
I asked him to cease Microsoft making updates to my computer regarding KB4560960 - and he said he would take care of it.
That turned out to be an EMPTY PROMISE because this morning again my computer is hit with yet another UPDATE of KB4560960.
And just in case someone answers this and tells me why don't I just don't allow the update to take place.
Cannot do that as I cannot turn off my computer. It won't allow me to. If I disconnect the battery that doesn't help because when I power back on there is that dang KB4560960 Update again.
It is an Update from hell!
What does it take to get Microsoft to cease holding my computer "hostage"?
A lawsuit?
And calling 1-800-642-7676 doesn't help because the automated message just keeps repeating:
"I didn't hear that"
"Let's try something else"
What the hell is going on???
