Thank you. With some magic help .. I figured out how to get the Bitlocker key for my new Dell with the latest version of MS. AND I can not see which drivers exactly are suggested for installation. One was for printer, one for assistant, one was for a different thing and NONE were impacting security. Strangely enough when you buy a new laptop with Windows (bitlocker) your Windows account is automatically updated AND stored AND what is very strange is that it is possible that this is only working as expected because I have a paid subscription for MS Pro. Microsoft interface is awful of course..mostly marketing and links trying to get user to click and buy over and over, distracting and encumbers easy access. Also the "billing" menu offers a link to update payment options and there is a "bug" . I try to delete an expired credit card and the software has a stopgap measure that warns it cannot delete a car because it was used last year to purchase a MS account Subsscription. But the current cc is the correct one, and yet several MS apps that I do NOT sue and have never installed have NO credit card associated with them, but for some weird reason the error message keeps saying that the old (cancelled card) is the only card we can associate with the link to MS subscriptions. I don't know if that made sense..basically I cannotup date the default credit card for ALL Microsoftware apps to my current card. If someone tries to use the cards on file 2107, all cards except 1625 which is the correct card and the ONLY card that should be used. And another one does, and another one dies .. another one bites the dust 30 minutes rebooting after this famous update ... need long enough install delay for microsoft to fix the particulary aggregious updates. i dont have the time to restore from a backup today still rebooting still freezing up on boot cant even get into safe mode or set boot log so i know where its dying woo hoo 1 hour 9 minutes to get to User Profile Service is there a way i can get a boot log so i cam tell which services are trying to load and run when it freezes ?

I don't caRe about anything other then you fixing the fact that you can't Optimize SSD drive after you have updated windows to version 2004 ! I mean come on. FIX YOUR WINDOWS 10 PRO VERSION 64BIT OS SO THE SSD DRIVE WILL WORK! AND YOU NEED TO DO THIS FAST! I HAVE ALREADY CALL YOU AND YOU DO KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM! FIX IT !

1 hour 9 minutes to get to User Profile Service

is there a way i can get a boot log so i cam tell which services are trying to load and run when it freezes ?
