I totally understand; now everyone is just talking about their issues as if a Microsoft technician is going to see it. Either that or they're their just complaining. Clearly, all the good commentators have left the discussion weeks ago.
I often find that Community Forums are a good way of getting help or finding out what is happening. Same with my broadband, if I have a problem with my broadband I know a call to the helpline will put me through to their call centre in India where someone will just go through a standard list of questions from their screen which are unlikely to help. You can tell them that you have tried a completely different router and computer direct on to the line but they will want you to reset router and computer! I usually first ask on their Community Forum to see if anyone else has the same problem. There was a case a few years ago where there was a major fault but the operations people were completely unaware and only found out a day later when the moderator of the forum contacted them.
Large companies like Microsoft and my broadband supplier are obviously not going to be able to provide a free personalised service to every customer especially when many of the problems will be silly ones like forgetting to turn the computer on!
I have found Windows 10 has always been good at sorting itself out when there is a problem so just turned off updates on one PC and tried a week later and it updated OK.
How can I be removed. I have unsubscribe from this discussion but continue to get emails. A lot of them.😕
Hi Sandra,
If it won't let you unsubscribe, in my case a well, scroll up completely and click on your icon on the far right. Go to your profile, not your Microsoft account. Go to Edit Profile right underneath your icon. Uncheck Receive notifications by email.

Why am I receiving this again. The know issues I have are with KB4557957 which when installed debilitated my printer. I uninstalled the printer driver and reinstalled it at the suggestion of a microsoft person and nothing changed, When I uninstalled the June 10 update the printer worked again, Microsoft also advised that I could not install a part of the update...it was all or nothing....
