This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on June 9th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

Servicing Stack Updates

It is recommended to install Servicing stack updates before installing the cumulative updates. This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, which is the component that installs Windows updates. Servicing stack updates (SSU) makes sure that you have a robust and reliable servicing stack so that your devices can receive and install Microsoft updates.

Known Issues

• There are no known issues with the updates of version 2004.
• Known issues with KB4560960(1903/1909): After installing this update on a Windows 10 device with a wireless wide area network (WWAN) LTE modem, reaching the internet might not be possible. However, the Network Connectivity Status Indicator (NCSI) in the notification area might still indicate that you are connected to the internet. We are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.
• Known issues with KB4561608(1809): After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND."Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10. Select Check for Updates and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see Update Windows 10.

So I am starting to get the picture that these cumulative updates have reeked havoc in many ways for many people. My Brother all in one printer will not work on either computer after this update. After 3 hrs of trying to reach Brother, they said that these updates were the issue. I am afraid to reinstall the updates although I think after a 7 day pause they may have reinstalled themselves but didn't fix the problem.

I find it crazy that everyone is complaining about Microsoft and they are the one entity that is not on the forum. At least they are not owning the problem and giving us an idea of what they are doing to fix it. Please tell Bill to take a quick pause from the Covid-19 vaccine and see what is going on back in his own (or used to be) IT department.

Ok So my Problem starts when i installed this new update.

1. When i Hibernate my system and wake up from Hibernation my system strucks into a black screen. Nothing happens untill in force restart the system.
2. Windows Support person tries to sort it out but suddenly disappears as he cannot manually update some patches. Not sure whether that solves this issue.
3. After a day my Laptop screen starts to flick when i move the pointer.was there untill i restart the system.
4. So after all this i tried to reset the whole system. Once after resetting again comes the same issue.

What needs to be done here? Could any one help to sort out this hibernate issue... The same happens even in sleep mode...

The recent KB4560960 update is a printer/plotter connectivity destroyer.  Furthermore, after having to uninstall this update on all of our computers to restore lost productivity, Windows insists on trying to reinstall the update even though we have told it not to.  When is Microsoft going to resolve this problem?  I have talked to several other companies and they  are having the same problem.

Will the day EVER come that I will be able to download install and use windows updates. Since last November I can download and Install updates but have then had to uninstall all of them to allow my system work because Windows cannot log me into my account. I have trie4d logging in and out ten times I have tried changing my password I have rebooted my system 10 times I have started in safe mode but all to no avail. Strangely security updates such as Adobe Flash KB4561600 and stack updates are fine but such as KB4560900 0r KB4497165 are a disaster. Fortunately I am one of the lucky ones who can, to date, go back and uninstall updates. It is shameful that Microsoft are treating their customers in such a horrendous way. Why bother to release updates if they cannot be installed without causing such damage. Shame on Microsoft. In the meantime we are confining our purchase of console gifts to Playstations having at one time being XBox supporters. Its won't cause Microsoft to collapse but at least we feel we are making a statement of our disgust. Shame on you Microsoft. Why don't you say if Windows has run its course and is now on its knees.

Have you tried that, or looked for the old elipsis? The elipsis is gone at the moment.
