When I restart my PC all of my files are gone.

Microsoft Windows 10

Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.9959)

I'm using a Patriot Scorch M2 SSD 523GB for my Windows boot drive.

I tried using the System File Checker tool.

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth

But when I do

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

It gave me an error

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    Yes and I removed my 2nd drive

    But when it's done it gives me this

    Hi vasteofilo

    It would be best to go into BIOS to Set your SanDisk device as the primary boot device, because after a restart your PC seems to be trying to boot form the internal drive . . .

    Yes I did that 

    But now it keeps on going back to this window even after installation is done

    Okay, if the installation files have been copied over to your hard drive successfully, try setting your internal hard disk as the primary boot device again . . .
