When I restart my PC all of my files are gone.

Microsoft Windows 10

Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.9959)

I'm using a Patriot Scorch M2 SSD 523GB for my Windows boot drive.

I tried using the System File Checker tool.

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth

But when I do

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

It gave me an error

PS C:\Windows\system32> DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    Hi vasteofilo

    Your BIOS settings are very strange, no don't change that, I am looking for a UEFI settings that you should be able to change 'Windows UEFI to Other OS'

    Secure Boot mode is set to Custom, is there an option to change that?

    Hi vasteofilo

    I need to see the BIOS page where that Secure Boot option is, is there also a setting beside that to switch between 'Other OS' and 'Windows UEFI'
