When I restart my PC all of my files are gone.

Microsoft Windows 10

Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.9959)

I'm using a Patriot Scorch M2 SSD 523GB for my Windows boot drive.

I tried using the System File Checker tool.

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth

But when I do

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

It gave me an error

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    Move that file to another folder (your Desktop), then try running that Update Assistant again to see if you get the same error . . .

    Hi vasteofilo

    Since your Windows 10 seems to be totally corrupt, the best option would be to update to version 2004, which should resolve the errors you are seeing, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 2004 and bring your PC right up to date

    That is very strange behavior . . .

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    On the resulting dialog, what Version No. and build No. of Windows 10 are you running?
