When I restart my PC all of my files are gone.

Microsoft Windows 10

Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.9959)

I'm using a Patriot Scorch M2 SSD 523GB for my Windows boot drive.

I tried using the System File Checker tool.

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth

But when I do

DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

It gave me an error

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

    Okay, when you checked if Secure Boot was disabled you go the message that CSM was enabled, so you need to disable CSM in BIOS

    Disabled, while installing Windows is the correct setting, go back to the boot menu form your initial screenshot and try booting form the item indicated below:
