DON'T hide the update, just leave the error message alone. Microsoft is making a newer update so you don't have to deal with command line stuff.

You will get future updates. You don't have to do anything, just wait/let Windows Update do it's thing.

I had this problem, but I delete old recovery partition and create new one then try to update and it works for me.

I delete my old recovery partition (500 MB) that was located after D partition then create new one with 1GB size that shrinks from C partition.

For deleting and creating new recovery partition follow instructions from this link maybe it works for you too: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf

seems we are all running into same problem. I am glad I was able to find lots of threads about this. my conclusion from reading is wait for Microsoft to resolve it by fixing it first. I am not going to start fooling around with my pc to try to fix it as I am not an expert on all that and if this has to do with one thing Bit locker I will wait. hopefully enough people reply or submit a post so that they see there is a wide issue with this and they will get it done soon. I don't think this interfers with other updates they may send right so those should work when they do. I been trying to install it for some time but it is not possible. I also have Win 10. 64 bit
