reagentc /enable
To re-enable WinRE

The latest update downloads and then fails to install.
This is a brand new update. Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution specific to this update? (Please do not copy and paste standard procedure)

Just increase the recovery partition space to 1 GB
If you are not familiar, you can use the video tutorial on YouTub.. Search "Create recovery partition in Windows 10/11 UEFI → IT Army"

I have given up on getting anything with this to work:
even the IT expert I rely on for such matters, states that the effort to increase the space of memory does
not work, as Microsoft states; this is beyond ridiculous.
