How to fix my issue please someone help ive tried like every way to try fix this so many ways. since i reset my pc due to yet another windows11 bug dark theme file explorer bug this windows security has been opening but blank i cant use it.. i need help because all the ways ive tried is not doing anything.
i cant upload a screenshpt but this is a known issue mine just cant be fixed and im not going throught resetting my lpatop again bug in windows been around for years and not been fixed someone help

The Windows Security UI should work straight away. If not, restart the computer and give the system a few minutes to initialize before checking.
Funny thing is its end of June 2024 and this is still an issue. I reset my PC obviously due to Windows booting with damaged registry files such that the keyboard and mouse are unavailable and not working (and obviously sfc /scannow, DISM as well doesn't do anything nor any of those troubleshooters) and so I had to teamviwer into the computer to reset it. Now Windows Security behaves as described, blank screen, some IT Admin block message and poof no security yet I'm online all the time. This fix stated below SecurityHealthSetup.exe side fix or patch also doesn't work. So now I must format my drive, erase all my apps and re-install Windows 11 with the hope that this will be mysteriously gone. Oh Microsoft Windows.

tried reseting the pc using online download, still doesn't fix the issue, tried local reset, also same thing, tried gpedit.msc and it doesn't respect changes there and tried deleting some reg keys and it was still coming on blank like that. till I went to youtube, not microsoft support to get the below. just run these in an elevated command and ignore those that don't work and work your way to the last one you should be good to go. I wonder why those precious troubleshooters don't have anything that deals with the security modules.
