Windows security stuck on black screen after opening.

Hello. I am having issues trying to open Windows security. It gets stuck on a black screen and I can't access the settings. I have tried the reset and repair options and that was no use. I even checked for updates and nothing. I even tried restarting my laptop and that didn't work either. I also ran the sfc /scannow command and once again, nothing. I have to note I also have webroot secure anywhere as antivirus. Can someone help?

Instructions:

  • Save the executable to the desktop.
  • Right-click on the file "SecurityHealthSetup_xxxxx.exe" and choose "Run as administrator".

(The above setup file automatically creates the missing SecurityHealth platform folder.

    After hours of browsing and failed attempts with other solutions this worked brilliantly for me.

    Got access to the App & Browser Control and could then address the issue being flagged.
