File explorer not responding in Windows 11. It opens up but becomes unresponsive when you click anywhere.

I tried every solution available on the internet to make file explorer responsive. However, it is not working. I open up file explorer, it opens. Now, when I click any folder or any icon or try to do search, it becomes unresponsive. I have spent days trying to fix this and I am very frustrated with this. Can any Samaritan

help me with this?

    For anyone else facing this issue, I found a YouTube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AZGegx9ews. I didn't want to reset my PC, so I opened up command prompt as admin. Ran the command 'sfc /scannow', let it do it's thing, and then restarted Windows. After the reboot, File Explorer was up and running again. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but it worked for me.

    Have been having the same problem on Windows 11... sfc /scannow didn't find any issues either. Is there a log file or dump I can provide to help someone from MS debug this? It's a big deal when the entire Windowd Explorer doesn't work... you know?
