You have hit the problem on the head, this is how MS became so rich, It started with Win 95, the program almost worked but then you had to pay for upgrade software to get it to function. This is how MS work, give you something that almost works and then charge for upgrades. Soon Win 10 support will go and we will have to get new/modified PC's to run Win 11. Then when we have paid out, Win 12 will come out with even more issues.

Time to go to Apple! Roll on Ipad/Imac.

Yes, i have done countless work arounds for my clients. It just frustrates me to see MS do this to people. Many clients have either switched over to the Mac World which i think os great, but a few have fallen into the trap MS and the PC Manufactures, hardware manufactures right down the line have set up to force them to Windows 11 and that really pisses me off. If they don't want me to do the work around i push hard to get them over to MAC. MS needs to know they are not the only O/S around and need to be brought down a notch or two. I was once a very loyal customer/vendor of MS, but those days are gone, its just a shame more people fall for their forceful tactics.

Waste of time contacting MS, they are not interested. Just use wushowhide.diagcab to hide it.

    Many thanks
