frustrating update of KB5034441

Microsoft has released a frustrating update of KB5034441 which can not be installed by a common user in any means. it needs to expand the virtual memory in a very technical and the professional way. can anybody help how to install it in any easy way ? or how to permanently by pass this frustrating update? i am using windows 10 pro ver 22h2 infact the worst one of the entire win 10 history because :
ms security is down since last 8 months & there chat helpline and all over the forum has failed to resolve it. microsoft told me that they are not even aware of this. windows security was going auto down, any how i ve purchased a extremely expensive software to fix that.. now ms launched another prb which i ve been asking for a fix. they ve charged me for win 10 pro and after couple of years failed their security in the windows..anyhow.. about KB5034441 any fix ?

    It is ridiculous to think you would need to adjust the partitions to install any Microsoft update...

    You don't actually have to do it. You may enable the recovery environment on drive C (unless it's BitLocker encrypted) and let the update take effect there. You can restore the recovery environment to the original partition later on. The additional space required is all about the update process.

    So in English this time please so of us out here have not a clue on what your showing us ! And why should we have to do this when its Microsoft's Fault that's

    its broken if the first place so there the ones that should be fixing this ! its months now !

    Try - under PowerShell(Administrator) to run:

    Unblock-File -Path C:\1\1.ps1

    Or - open Explorer -> navigate to c:\1 and right-click on 1.ps1 file and choose Properties. Then on the bottom check "Unblock" and OK.

    Then Run 1.ps1 script again.
