I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error (0x80070643) Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

Status: Installing 100%.
And lagging YouTube,etc.

However, Every Server on premise (SVR2022) has the issue!Tried the NetFX Repair tool... no success...
I'll just sit on this until MS works it out.... -

2024-01-10T13:38:29+00:00 Same exact problem, and we have no intention of messing with cmd to correct the error risking destroying the operating system.
We hope Microsoft will release a fix as soon as possible.
