I genuinely hope a fix is pushed out soon because I am usually the type to get updates installed as quick as I can but this is the first time I had a issue like this and it's so annoying.

Microsoft needs to step in ASAP otherwise a large amount of their userbase is gonna remain effected and annoyed at them.

Don't know... Windows Update has been running just fine for years, since I got Windows 10. NO problems at all! Until today. And it don't help to deactivate antivirusprogram for this update - it still won't take it.

But remember, Linux, Apple also SOMETIMES has update-problems.

Well it's a known issue on the user end at least and I assume Microsoft is aware at this point. I was just in a chat with support for 2 hours trying to find a fix for this and no dice. They were suggesting using the Media Creation Tool (I didn't do it) but we as users shouldn't have to jump through hoops like this because an update that Microsoft pushed out just straight up won't install correctly.

I agree with you 100% Hopefully this get fixed soon
