Updated 50+ Win11 seats this morning, no issues...
However, Every Server on premise (SVR2022) has the issue!
Tried the NetFX Repair tool... no success...
I'll just sit on this until MS works it out....

I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error (0x80070643) Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

SAME PROBLEM ALSO
I'm having the exact same issue. Good to know I'm not the only one! I found a fix that worked for me:
I disabled my antivirus (Malwarebytes) and ran the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool. This allowed me to install the update with no issue.
Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
I hope this helps others!
After installing the latest update and restart, I am facing the same exact issue!!
