I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error (0x80070643) Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

Same exact problem, and we have no intention of messing with cmd to correct the error risking destroying the operating system.

We hope Microsoft will release a fix as soon as possible.

I absolutely agree. They force things that need to be tested into a update without your permission.Like he said if i wanted to screw my pc up being a tester for malfunctioning stuff i would have been in the insider program.I learned a hard lesson on Xbox a decade ago being a insider member its updates destroyed my brand new xbox and Microsoft didnt help or pay for the next one.

It's weird how MS expects the average customer to be so technical that they would even attempt to fix a partitioning issue.

This is 100% on MS. I'm not going to do their job for them. Will wait for a proper fix.

    Hello Micael Nielsen

    • Open the Windows Defender Security Center by clicking the shield icon in the task bar or searching the start menu for Defender.
    • Click the Virus & threat protection tile (or the shield icon on the left menu bar).
    • Click Protection updates. ...
    • Click Check for updates to download new protection updates (if there are any).

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/defenderupdates IF 3rd party protection is in use, stop it and download Defenner up and select the setting right to check protection.
Because if Defenner is not alive then MS UPDATES may not be installed.

That 3-party protection. Do you know how massive the protection is in useThat's why I say Stop it while you update MS : UPDATES.
But now wait a couple of days, won't you?
