I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error (0x80070643) Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

The suggested fix for error 0x80070643 when trying to install KB 5034441 is supposed to be KB 5028997. I tried the fix and it wouldn't allow me to change the size of the partition. Sure hope someone has another fix to try, the one recommended didn't work for me.
My workaround was to reinstall windows, keeping my documents and settings. This procedure is simple to undertake, as it realigns the hard drive recovery partition in which the update fault lies.
It is not worth all that headache for a Security Update that should not have failed to begin with. I have done reinstalls several times and it is not fun. It can sit in my update queue until MS
fixes "their " problem and grow digital cobwebs on it.

Ran into the same problem yesterday (1/10/2024) and after three failed attempts to update, I gave up.
Tried again this morning (1/11/2024) and still, no progress.
Unfortunately, every time a Windows 10 update is waiting... my computer makes all kinds of noise until I complete that task... which, at least to this point, is now apparently impossible to complete. Not liking this at all... Right now, I fear what else might be impacted because the update is flawed.
I hate it how the programmers itself don't know what's going on even tho they're the one putting this update out there and somehow the install ain't working.. Is 2020 (and all years after that) everyone became so lazy they don't even test their programming stuff out ... Or honestly idk... still... they have to fix this since it will give errors later on..
Nothing new there, "a large amount of their userbase is gonna remain effected and annoyed at them" and this has been the case since the 1970s. Most purchases of MS products are authorized by 'empty suit' types, MS know this and know that the vast majority of users have no say in this. MS have never given a damn about this update stuff, let the users suffer.
