I keep trying install this update yet it keeps failing. I already ran troubleshooter said it resolved the issue but the error persists. I also disabled my antivirus and tried again still did not work And I keep getting error (0x80070643) Is this a known issue? All the other updates installed fine without issue.

If this is about the recovery partition, I no longer seem to have one. I wish they would fix this because it is slowing everything down on my pc to the point of almost being unusable.
I used EaseUS Partition Master (I swear I'm not on commission) to resize the recovery partition to 1024. This took about 10minutes to process and reboot. The update then installed fine.
I have the same issue. I tried the NetFxRepairTool, but it didn't work for me. I don't want to try to write in commands manually to adjust recovery partition in case I do something wrong. Hope Microsoft fixes this.
Same issue, Microsoft made me jump through hoops. Still not fixed. It has taken my nearly 4 hours on the phone. Dreadful service
