Unable to update (KB5034441) using below links

I saw that I have 520MB of Healthy Recovery Partition in which I failed to shrink and the error was "you may not shrink OEM, ESPY or recovery partitions, or, offline volumes. The volume you have selected may not be shrunk. Please select another volume and try again.".) (Also when I shrink from C: and then I do not see new partition which suppose to be seen).

So kindly help.

    unfortunately it still fails with the same error message for the OS partition.

    I have followed the instruction to create a new partition with 2GB.

    However, when I changed from original OEM HDD to SSD, I did not create partition to use the "Window Recovery Environment WinRE". I use Recovery-USB instead.

    I tried to update again but it still failed since my Windows does not even have WinRE.

    Now the Window Update is stuck.....

    Should the Update at least checking before apply the update ???

    Hi,

    I have followed the instructions in KB5028997, but I've hit a snag. Which partition is the OS one?

    DISKPART> list part

    Partition ### Type Size Offset

    Partition 1 System 650 MB 1024 KB
    Partition 2 Reserved 128 MB 651 MB
    Partition 3 Primary 459 GB 779 MB
    Partition 4 Recovery 990 MB 460 GB
    Partition 5 Recovery 14 GB 461 GB
    Partition 6 Recovery 1242 MB 475 GB

    Is the OS Partition the "System" one or the "Primary" one?

    What happens if you have a large fleet of machines, intentionally hardened, without a recovery partition and WinRE, and the update continues to fail because a recovery partition doesn't exist? The fix is worse than the disease.
