Unable to update (KB5034441) using below links

I saw that I have 520MB of Healthy Recovery Partition in which I failed to shrink and the error was "you may not shrink OEM, ESPY or recovery partitions, or, offline volumes. The volume you have selected may not be shrunk. Please select another volume and try again.".) (Also when I shrink from C: and then I do not see new partition which suppose to be seen).

So kindly help.

    It also worked in my case, great tips! But to all users that never worked with GParted I have quick video that helped me understand how to use it, and how can I assign more space to recovery partition. It not show you how to adjust more space to the recovery partition, but explain how you can do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhPwXJNS4uA

    This issue was first being reported in January, 2024. It is now May 29 and I'm not able to find any resolution of this without using any external tools. Has Microsoft forgotten about the resolution?

    Why do the instructions say to select that partition if its the incorrect one?

    They don't. Why does anybody claim this to begin with?

    I dont understand....I tried following the steps on the windows site and it tells you to select the recovery partition but I got the error you did. Why do the instructions say to select that partition if its the incorrect one?
