Microsoft Sudoku has once again lost my progress on daily challenges. Please advise when this issue will be fixed and my progress will be restored.

New day, similar problem I've had with Microsoft Sudoku in the past. In the past, I lost progress on daily achievements, but there was at least some record of what I did in the past by way of awards. This time though, I have zero data. I'm at level 1, no awards, no anything. Years of progress gone.

I am not Microsoft. I am just a player like you who had a problem and I told people what I did to solve it. Which was, only play the games in the order and date they come in. Once I did that I never had a problem again. I was gone for 16 days on vacation. When I came back I started with the oldest game first and I always did them left to right. . I've never had a problem since I started doing that.
I tried this at the start of this month. Day 1,2,& 3 in order. Next day absolutely nothing was saved!
Sudoku saves everything on my very old iPad but in Windows nothing whatever I try.
Come on Microsoft. Help please!
No, it does not show correct results. I had my computer restored after man system files were reported damaged. Afterwards there were no more results salvagable.
