Microsoft Sudoku has once again lost my progress on daily challenges. Please advise when this issue will be fixed and my progress will be restored.

Problem solved. Suddenly it worked.

I had the same problem - followed your advice above - now lost all my progress - showed me back at level 1 (from 330!)

Anything else to try?

Oh no, that sucks. I guess I should have specified if I rebooted before I tried it or not. I don't know if that would have made any difference or even if I did. But it's worked for me ever since..

Are you sure that maybe there wasn't one old one still undone way way back? Just thought. It won't change anything now that they're gone but, just'.

I haven't read all the messages but I have the same issue AND it is not signing me in properly. My avatar is not showing up, even though it shows up in the MS Solitaire Collection. This shows "no ads" but doesn't say "premium" like the MSSC does.
I uninstalled the app, rebooted, re-installed. Did not work. All my progress is gone and it put me at level 1. I don't know how long I've been playing and didn't really pay attention but I have completed all the challenges for over a year.

I don't see anywhere that I can logout to try to login back in. It just automatically logs me in and my only option is to exit the app.

Hope this is a temporary bug that will be fixed soon.

What I should have done before I clicked reset was to make sure I had downloaded it into Xbox - I think that could be why I lost all my scores. I'm only doing one a day now until I'm sure the scores are saving.
