    FORGET THAT!!

    The solution worked for a day ..... but has now reverted to informing me I "need to be online"

    ... and I've re-tried the recommended steps, but no joy.

    Until such time as Microsoft can get their act together, and repair SuDoku......

    I give up trying to play this hopelessly flawed game.

    Solved!

    Complete the following steps:

    • Open the File Explorer and paste the following into the address bar to go to a specific location on your computer:
    • %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker
    • Delete any accounts and cache folders that you can see at this location.
    • Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.
    • Launch Microsoft Sudoku and you're in

    The bug is back. Sudoku is randomly saving/not saving daily results. The problem started on 2/6/2024, didn't work again on 2/7/2024, but was fine on 2/8/2024. Not working again today 2/9/2024. This seems to happen with Sudoku every few months. Been like this for a few years now. The only thing that changes daily is the ads, not sure if that might be the cause.

    didn't work for me. tried numerous ways as suggested to no avail, (new computer as well). this a microsoft problem and they should get off their butts to fix it!!
