Microsoft Sudoku has once again lost my progress on daily challenges. Please advise when this issue will be fixed and my progress will be restored.

This I consider procedure to mitigate the loss of results in MS Sudoku. I had a 15-day straight result and that was lost from one day to the other. This is not really acceptable and maybe the game should go back to the drawing board.

No, it does not show correct results. I had my computer restored after man system files were reported damaged. Afterwards there were no more results salvagable.

I tried this at the start of this month. Day 1,2,& 3 in order. Next day absolutely nothing was saved!

Sudoku saves everything on my very old iPad but in Windows nothing whatever I try.

I am not Microsoft. I am just a player like you who had a problem and I told people what I did to solve it. Which was, only play the games in the order and date they come in. Once I did that I never had a problem again. I was gone for 16 days on vacation. When I came back I started with the oldest game first and I always did them left to right. . I've never had a problem since I started doing that.
