I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.
sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run
DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.
I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this
when I shut down.
I NEED HELP NOW please.
I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.
Thanks.

I guess I am just another user experiencing the same problem, and yes it started happening after one of the recent Windows updates. Running Windows 11 23H2, and it is explorer.exe doing it on shutdown. It doesn't happen every time which is interesting.
This post should have enough upvotes now to raise it to the devs, what if this bug does something dodgy to the memory.
I'm getting the same error message after a clean install of the OS 11
I tried everything and nothing has worked.
I have the very same issue! It came like you said.
That was evident, after my Clean Install, and it did not happen till all the updates were loaded, and I shut down for the evening.
Something, is in the Explorer, is buggin out, buggin me, out!
Simples!
Perhaps so, I just hope it is not Hardware Fault too with the DDR5, If what I have is DDR5.
Like you also say, The could be bugs in the explorer, thats kicking this.
I get this on every 3rd Shutdown, sometime every second, sometimes.
Perhaps, we all wait, and see, I bloody hope they get on this. I have also submitted, this problem, on Windows Feedback.
On my Win 10 Machine, I am not experiencing problems.
Thanks to All.
