The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

Thanks.

After reading about a couple of KBs in this thread I decided to yolo it and install them, not knowing what to expect.

I now have the strange behaviour that I only get the error message on shutdown when running at least one specific programme, which I can reproduce on demand.

No xbox controller or other bluetooth device involved. It reinforces my suspicions that it has something to do with a dll or some other software related dependency when running certain apps.

Microsoft is really being lame about this, I have to say. But I'm not surprised.

I have my keyboard, mouse and WIRED xbox controller all on the back bank of USB 3 controllers now. Nothing is plugged into the USB 2 ports.

I Used WINGET to grab some updates to .NET and Microsoft Visual C++ v 14.40.33617

I removed my hacks from group policy. I plugged in my Sandisk portable SSD in a front USB 3 port.

I used the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and updated my chipset drivers and bluetooth/wifi drivers.

So far I've run a game that I always play and triggers the issue, loaded my browser, Word, Excel, Calculatero, Steam and Epic Games launcher ALL AT THE SAME TIME, and tried a logoff, reboot, and shutdown from both the charms icon and START right click menu, and by clicking the power button.

I can't make the error happen.

I have no idea what actually did it but I'm not touching anything else.

I also have the same problem, with an error prompt during shutdown. I've reinstalled the operating system three times, and memory check showed no issues.
