The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

    Yes it has to be something with the Xbox controller, I was using a program that simulates an Xbox controller, it does the same in my 2 computers! I was getting the same Error code in my 2 pcs, after uninstalling I haven’t got the error anymore and I have restarted the pc several times now, and no error at all, I’m glad that I found the SOLUTION, I hope this can help someone else, if you have a program called Rewasd. Uninstall it

    Hi . In my opinion i think it is a win update.

    I installed fresh copy win 11 from scratch. I then installed AMD auto detect drivers chipset ect.

    I have not installed any other programs like sonic studio , asus armory crate.

    I have paused updates and i have no error . system is running ok.

    ROG strix x670 E E mobo.

    Asus tuf 7900 xtx gpu.

    G skill trident 6000 mhz expo ram 32 gb.

    AMD ryzen 7 7800 x3d cpu.

    I will wait until win 11 update is forced to install. hoping the offending update

    has been resolved.

    Side note ..... my xbox elite 2 controller used to trigger the error, but as offending

    update has not yet installed this doesent happen.

    I’ve changed my memory ram and my SSD, and I still have the error when I turn off my pc, I also reinstalled windows and still have the error, I’m about to buy a new motherboard
