The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

Thanks.

As I said a while back, my PC is completely updated, I check for updates every single day. When I reinstalled Win 11 Pro, I immediately uninstalled everything that had to do with Xbox...I have not seen the error in weeks now...And I had never seen it before installing Xbox. I have a Simagic Alpha racing wheel attached to my PC, pedal set, shifter, two tactile transducers, a custom built button box, camera, and a HP Reverb 2 VR headset...Zero issues. Install Xbox on my PC...Memory Could Not Be Written Error. Either Xbox App or Xbox Controller is the culprit, neither of which are on my PC anymore...No Errors.

Happened to me also, when closing down file explorer.

Did all the things you did plus, a few suggestions here.

I am sure there is a bug causing this, yet still today.

I am waiting on a fix, forthcoming, I believe.

    Cheers.

We see this error on a Windows 11 Enterprise Multisession server when we close Adobe Acrobat Reader with a loaded document.

Our system is fully patched, 23h2 with latest monthly updates.

We started to get this monday 15 of April and 14 of April these updates were installed:
2024-04 Cumulative update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64

2024-04 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64

Probably the cause of an update.

    What I did so far:

I started reinstalling Adobe which didn't help.

I run some system checks like sfc /scannow and dism /restorehealth which didn't help.

Sometimes it looks like it's away but later it starts to show up again.

    chkdsk didn't found anything.

No logs to be found in Eventlog about this.

    System reboot.
