The one thing that seems to have fixed it is Increasing the Virtual Memory. Set both the Initial and Maximum size to the recommended size (in my case 4982 MB).
The instruction at 0x000******* referenced memory at 0x0000****** written SOLUTION for WINDOWS 11 23h2
The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.
Click ok to terminate the programme.
I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.
sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run
DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.
I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this
when I shut down.
I NEED HELP NOW please.
I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.
Thanks.

2024-05-28T06:31:54+00:00 After getting the same error message on my brand new PC I tested Windows 11 on another (previously Windows 10) PC System. With Windows 10 this other PC never showed the error message. Soon after installing Windows 11 I got the same error. So I am quite sure that this is not a hardware but a Windows 11 Software related issue which, for whatever reason, has not been fixed until today. What I now did was making sure that the Windows Error Reporting (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/system-management-components/windows-error-reporting-diagnostics-enablement-guidance) is activated. Now Microsoft can hopefully come up with a solution. I also found the Windows 11 tool "Event viewer". If you start this tool you will get a System error report which constantly showed a lot of errors on any System I tested. There you can see that Windows does not only create sporadic errors but constant errors that you never ever noticed. I would suggest to ignore the error Message as it does not affect the functionallity of the PC. It's just annoying.
