The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

Thanks.

I am faced with the same error message which identifies explorer.exe as the application. In addition, since the error has begun, I am finding that software installs are failing (Acronis Essentials as an example). A failed install message occurs and a says that it cannot complete until an existing installation process completes - I do not know what that installation is. Running Process Monitor after the attempted install shows that explorer.exe has a large number of failed events many of which are associated with security locks. If there is a another installation running and I could identify it then it could be just a matter of aborting it. Has anyone else had this happen?

For me, the issue about memory which can't be written when I shutdown PC/Windows 11 occurs since I've installed GPU Tweak III, even if I don't use it (no overclocking, default configuration for my Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti).

Moreover, GPU Tweak III generates an exception when I close this application (I can see it with Windows events viewer) : link between both "issues" ?

I've tried several last versions (2024) of GPU Tweak III, but nothing changes.

If I uninstall this application, it seems OK...always.

Any help ? Someone who meets the same issue with theses conditions ?

NB : with or without EXPO for memory, the issue occurs.

Motherboard : MSI MGA B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

    Memory : 2x16 Go Vengeance Corsair DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (RGB)

    Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

The Problem is Corel reading bitmaps and complex fills.

    The solution:

    Install Coreldraw

    Install Kodak Easyshare

Go to C:\Program Files\Kodak EasyShare Custom Creations Software\kip\bin.

Copy the KodakCMS.dll file from the install directory

    paste it into;

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel Graphics 12\Programs

Or whatever version of Corel you happen to be running.

    Problem Solved.
