The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

Thanks.

    Good day!

I may have a solution for your problem.

Paging file size/Virtual memory size was the issue.

Go to the ControlPanel/System/AdvancedSystemSetting , then window shall appear(named: "System Properties") , in the window go to

Advanced/Performace - Settings then in a new window Advanced/Virtual memory - Change, and than check the Auto manage paging file size.

If it does not work, try setting it manually but keep it at about 2GB if you have 8GBx2 Ram memory.

I hope this helps you all about the issue, it did for me.

    Cheers!

I posted this back on March 23. Works perfectly but some people said no. I just randomly came back to this topic, since I haven't had the error in months since disabling that service.

So people, I googled 5 seconds more and found a solution on reddit.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/WindowsHelp/comments/1aeau3s/explorerexe_application_error_popup/

Just open start - in search type "services.msc" - enter, in the list look for GameInput, right click on it - Properties, press stop and select Startup type "Disabled".

    No fkng error anymore.
