If you don't use Xbox and don't plan to ever use it then you can delete all files related to xbox.
- Download Winaero Tweaker from here: https://winaerotweaker.com/ and install it.
- Once you have finished setting it up, look for search bar at top left corner and type "Take ownership".
- Double-click the search result and check the checkbox. Now you have added a new option to right-click context menu for files and folders.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files and locate WindowsApps folder. Right click and then click Take ownership.
Command prompt will open and make you the owner of those files allowing you to view the WindowsApps folder which you couldn't do previously. Wait a minute or two while it works.
- Open the folder and look for folders with Xbox in their names , select them and delete them all. Remember to check checkbox that says something similar to "Do this for all items".
- Search for folders with GamingServices in their names and delete them.
Some Xbox files may be used by background apps and Windows will show popup about that. Unfortunately, if you try to delete a folder, Windows does not tell which program uses a files in that folder so you will have to open the folder, select all files and attempt to delete them, then Windows will show which program uses those files in the popup.
If you face this issue, open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc. If you don't see much there, press 'More details' button and leave it like that. The scroll down and search for program's name displayed in the popup, right click and click 'End task'.
Then quickly press Try Again in the popup because those programs might start up again automatically and start using those files again.
