forcing windows 11,,,
Windows update (KB5034441) Error (0x80070643)
When I tried to install the windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" I received the error code (0x80070643).
I have already tried, restarting my computer, waiting a bit before retrying, running a memory diagnostic check, checking all my drivers for updates, installing optional updates, and running a malware scan.
When I tried to run the windows update troubleshooter it said "diagnosing problems" but never fixed them and I was still unable to install the update after running the trouble shooter.
Any help would be appreciated.

2024-05-30T16:57:42+00:00 I mean... has this been resolved? I assume not.
I'm not referring to workarounds.

2024-05-31T00:36:26+00:00 That is not really true. There is enough information in this post to fix them all. You may need to read it through to get ideas on how to do this yourself. The last 5-6 pages give some fairly easy ways to do this with little manual input.

2024-05-31T03:14:31+00:00 I already fixed mine by doing a Repair Install with an In-place upgrade, as was posted in a tutorial in this thread a few weeks ago.
I was replying to the person who asked if Microsoft was going to fix the problem and they are not, according to what has been said in this thread the other week.
