Windows update (KB5034441) Error (0x80070643)

When I tried to install the windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" I received the error code (0x80070643).

I have already tried, restarting my computer, waiting a bit before retrying, running a memory diagnostic check, checking all my drivers for updates, installing optional updates, and running a malware scan.

When I tried to run the windows update troubleshooter it said "diagnosing problems" but never fixed them and I was still unable to install the update after running the trouble shooter.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried this suggested resolution of the 0x80070643 on the 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441) update. It does not work on most Win10 PCs. It does work on some. There are many, many users waiting for MS to fix this Update or just forget it. Not sure exactly why it does not work on some machines. This is why MS just states wait and we are investigating. They can't fix it either.

There's a Windows Update Show/Hide tool that will let you hide the problematic update:

Download Microsoft Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter - MajorGeeks

I was able to use it only because I was given temporary admin rights to my work PC. Otherwise I can't even download this file, let alone run it.

Since hiding it, I don't get the error or even see that update try to run anymore. I do get the daily security intelligence updates but am not sure other ones are getting through. Maybe there haven't been any this week (.NET, or other system/quality updates).
