Also experiencing this issue using Windows 10 LTSC which should still be supported for years to come.
Did a clean install of Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (version21H2, build 19044.4529), still run into this issue.

When I tried to install the windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" I received the error code (0x80070643).
I have already tried, restarting my computer, waiting a bit before retrying, running a memory diagnostic check, checking all my drivers for updates, installing optional updates, and running a malware scan.
When I tried to run the windows update troubleshooter it said "diagnosing problems" but never fixed them and I was still unable to install the update after running the trouble shooter.
Any help would be appreciated.

2024-06-11T23:55:57+00:00 You do not have to resize anything. I also was reluctant to mess with resizing the partitions. I then read about something called a Windows 10 In-place Upgrade. You do not lose any programs, files, or anything. It just re-installs Windows 10 and fixes this pesky error. I did it several weeks ago and although it takes a while, it got rid of that error.
There's a how-to video on page 25 of this thread or click on the link below. You can d/l a free copy of Windows 10 from MS and you need a USB thumb drive that holds at least 8GB. If you cannot find your activation code for Win 10 go to your Settings > Update & Security > Activation and see if it says it is registered with a digital license. If so, you do not have to reactivate Windows after the reinstall process has completed. There will be lots of time-consuming updates after that, though. But as I said, it gets rid of this error message.

Important :
When launching the upgrade, in the "Get updates, drivers, and optional features" window, make sure to check the box: "Download updates, drivers, and optional features ( recommended)".

I got two PCs (64bit) A and B with both identical boot file size; 3x the required min. size !
On A (Win10pro / i7-3770) the issue has suddenly been resolved within an further autom. Win-update within the first week.
On B (Win10home / XEON-3350) the issue is permanent and could NOT be resolved by changing size ! Delete and terminate Win-Restore file can help. But as soon as you recreate Win-Restore-files, for any of your discs (go to Settings -> System -> About > Advanced System Settings -> System Protection) the issue comes back ...
remains sticky only with WIN-10-home edition, solved itself on WIN-10-PRO edition.
