Windows update (KB5034441) Error (0x80070643)

This Method WORKS. If you want to get your PC (non-BitLocker) fixed quickly and right, Just Do It. Stop complaining and follow the directions. There is no excuse. If you don't try, then don't complain - it is just like voting. Thanks Jeff W5. I have confirmed this method on three PCs, two were GPT and one MBR with NO loss of data or Programs (I did backup first). It seems where these problem PCs get into trouble is when they are upgraded with an SSD or replacement drive. The process does not transfer the Recovery Partition and the Recovery is lost for good. This Jeff W5 method COMPLETELY fixes this and gives you a WORKING Recovery Partition.

I don't know why you're rude about this. Scolding people for not doing what you did what worked for you when many people here clearly have said they did try the suggestions and nothing worked. Others such as me didn't do anything afraid we might destroy our computers. This is a forum where the flow of information happens without having to listen to rude people such as you. None of us are complaining about this update that should have been fixed or uninstalled by Microsoft over 7 months ago. You're the one complaining.

i have exactly the same error than everybody else

is microsoft working heavily on that issue themselves, i really do nit ewanto risk to do anything on muy machine and not too familar with gthe steps in that video, also by reading other comments , the people who followed step by step still having issues

can you please ler me know whsat gto do is it a swaiting ganme? do you know will push another updare to fix the issues, anhy suggestions are swelcome

At step 8 "To re-enable WinRE, run reagentc /enable" it comes back with:

REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found.

reagentc /info shows Windows RE status: Disabled

I have 587 MB in the Recovery Partition but I can't install the update

I agree with resizing the recovery partition. For me as well the steps mentioned did not work since my recovery partition is first then comes the C drive so taking a 250MB chunk from the end is not beneficial. Also, 250MB is not enough. I used NIUBI partition mover to move the partitions and gave a recovery drive of 1000MB and Volah update went thru like butter!!!
