2020-09-03T18:50:40+00:00 This is after running the Repair Install to update to Version 2004? Did that resolve your other problems?
You can try manually installing the problem Update from here:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...
Try the second download.
If it fails then unless it's disrupting your use of the PC then I'd just wait for it to sort itself out. If it doesn't do so or is causing problems, then go through the steps again to repair Windows Update which may need to be refreshed.
Keep me posted on your progress as I will be here to help until the case is resolved.

This is after manually downloading and trying to install the update?
If so then I said what to do next. You can either wait to see if it sorts itself out, or try again the steps that repair Windows Updates to see if one of them will do it.
