I have tried the first 2 link like I said (uninstalling the drivers), i have tried sfc /scannow command in cmd.

My monitor Acer ED273 only has one driver in the official site so i have only tried one driver, yesterday used DDU to uninstall my gpu drivers and download the last driver and its the same. I have tried to up date BIOS but it says up date.

In the intel thing it says ''Your Intel drivers and software are up to date'' downloaded the app to update drivers 2 weeks ago still the same.

As I said i have the latest driver in my 1060 gpu.

I cant roll back driver in my monitor because i only have tried one.

My resolution is nice 1920x1080 144hz HDMI

Your Intel® drivers and software are up to date.

If you're sure you have the best Display driver because you tried all of them from the steps I gave, then expedite Windows Updates to see if a new monitor driver is provided. Go into Windows Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates > Check for Updates. Install any drivers found, including needed restarts, then go back to check again until no more are offered.

You said you have monitor connected through HDMI and the graphics card - is this the same monitor or are there two. What happens if you only display one, or change the output?

Have you gone into the Intel Display settings to adjust these?

See possibly fixes for monitor color at 60hz and recalibrating monitor:

when i try to go and do the windows updates it says ''There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070002)'' when i play on 60hz on my laptop display it feels so good but when i put 60 hz in my secondary display it feels so bad, a lot of input delay not smooth etc... I only use secondary display because it has 144hz

This is the first you have mentioned there are multiple monitors. Are there two or three? This makes a big difference. How are both monitors connected? Try changing the cabling around to see if the problem persists.

Do you have dual graphics? Check in Device Manager under Display adapter, and also in BIOS setup/UEFI firmware.

Try setting separate resolutions for the monitors as shown here:

    https://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/diff...

Your graphics card may not support 2 or more monitors with the kind of resolution and refresh rate you want.
