hi my problem is that i have a acer ed273, so 144hz and 120hz are fine but when i turn to 60hz my monitor turns to different colors, i have a laptop connected thru a HDMI and a 1060gtx.

    If you tried all the other Update repairs I gave and they didn't help then the Repair Install will usually do it.
