I read an article on MSN news and I want to share it on FaceBook. I get this error message and I have no idea what it means. I have shared from MSN for years and now get this:
App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permission.
Now how do I resolve this?

Your computer has been restarted since the problem began?
I just shared an article with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, so the problem isn't affecting everyone.
Try clearing the Chrome cache. [Ctrl+Alt+Del] > clear cached images and files.
If you're running an ad blocker, try disabling it.
If running third-party antivirus or other security program(s) see if disabling them affects the situation.

Same here - can't get through and like you, nothing that was told to try by "Dave" or whoever it is on the forum did anything at all to remedy the problem. VERY upsetting. I will be looking for another comprehensive news outlet and when I need to replace my desktop, it will not be with a microsoft product! Stay safe.
I've tried to get answers from a live Rep, but it never goes through. From looking through the community forum for this issue there are many, many complaints for this very same problem but only one pat answer reply that does nothing to fix it. This is definitely an MSN/Microsoft problem that they just simply choose to ignore...because they can. Extremely frustrating.
