Can't share an MSN article on Facebook. What does this error mean?

I  read an article on MSN news and I want to share it on FaceBook. I get this error message and I have no idea what it means. I have shared from MSN for years and now get this:

App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permission.

Now how do I resolve this?

Thank you.

Your computer has been restarted since the problem began?

I just shared an article with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, so the problem isn't affecting everyone.

Try clearing the Chrome cache. [Ctrl+Alt+Del] > clear cached images and files.

If you're running an ad blocker, try disabling it.

If running third-party antivirus or other security program(s) see if disabling them affects the situation.

Well...I did tell you that I was using Edge.  I also told you that I turn off and restart it daily.  I am not running an ad blocker or third party antivirus.  I will try to clear the cache and shut everything down then restart.  Thank you.

Nope.  This morning it is not working again...  This is REALLY frustrating and there needs to be a definite answer on how to get this fixed!!

Well... You haven't said what browser you're using and I don't know if you've tried any of these procedures.

If running third-party antivirus or other security program(s) see if disabling them affects the situation.

And... just added... Shutdown the computer, modem and router for about 5 minutes then restart all.

This morning everything seemed back to normal - I was able to share a MSN story to facebook after about a week.  I did not do anything to try and correct it during that week as I did not know how to clear the catched images and files recommended to do and I restart my computer daily anyway.  I have no idea what happened but I sure am glad that it seems to be back working properly again.

    Great. Thanks for the update.
