Windows Live Mail stopped working after last Windows 10 update
Since the last update of Windows 10, when I open Windows Live Mail every message produces "Message cannot be displayed." I tried running the "repair" utility, but nothing changed. Is this a widespread issue? I really liked Live Mail and had a lot of messages saved that I can no longer access. HELP!

2021-04-17T15:19:22+00:00 This worked, but I want to point out that you don't create the DWORDS exactly as written with the equal signs and the 1's. After creating the DWORDS, you have to right click to modify the values and add the 1's. This might be obvious to anyone who works in IT, but I wanted to clarify for other laymen like me.

2021-04-11T03:28:13+00:00 I followed the procedure on Echo Point's post on March 26, 2021 step by step. I had to do it twice and it has to be done exactly. The problem I had was with recreating the 3 pages. What caused the problem was that the update changed the way Outlook processed the IMap settings. It is now working OK. You can find his full procedure on the previous page of this post.
