This fixed my problem. Thanks!
Windows Live Mail stopped working after last Windows 10 update
Since the last update of Windows 10, when I open Windows Live Mail every message produces "Message cannot be displayed." I tried running the "repair" utility, but nothing changed. Is this a widespread issue? I really liked Live Mail and had a lot of messages saved that I can no longer access. HELP!

2020-10-19T12:43:20+00:00 Thanks Louie_101. I also had the "Message cannot be displayed." error immediately after completing the Windows v 2004 update. I've never seen the correct, no BS answer, be posted so soon after an issue developed. You did a great job. The fix was very simple and quick, I'm sorry I screwed around for so long trying to fix it on my own. Great job.

2020-10-13T12:34:19+00:00 Hello Louie, what if there isn't a registry entry to update? The first screenshot is to verify I am looking in the right directory.
The second screen shot (I had to scroll down), illustrates this folder is not in the registry.
Do you have any other ideas on how I might fix my problem (Windows Mail not working)?
Best,
Marc
