Windows Live Mail stopped working after last Windows 10 update

Since the last update of Windows 10, when I open Windows Live Mail every message produces "Message cannot be displayed." I tried running the "repair" utility, but nothing changed. Is this a widespread issue? I really liked Live Mail and had a lot of messages saved that I can no longer access. HELP!

Frankly, I give up. Microsoft should be able to make their updates compatible with their own software, don't you think? Does anyone know how to stop getting notifications that my question has an answer? I am sick of getting useless emails.

After the windows 10 update windows live mail stopped showing the body of my older e mail messages, I did add the three dword entries to the registry and if fixed the problem of sending and receiving mail.

All I can suggest is are you sure you entered EXACTLY what was shown in the suggested fix and that you entered the DWORDs in the correct place? The fix worked for me and many others.
