No, I just looked and on the message I sent about the update finally installing I see I made a typo. The update that finally installed was::
KB4566782 not 3. I'm sorry as I must have been so happy to get the update installed I made a typo mistake. I try to proof read but that mistake I missed. Sorry. Did you ever get that update installed?
Holly
PS: I am going to go back and try to edit that mistake so if others see it they won't be confused.
Also just going back to check on the typo mistake I made I see you have the same version of Windows 10 I have: Windows 10 version 2004 so you should have gotten the update that worked unless maybe you don't have 64 bit and that makes a difference.
I was able to edit that typo mistake by me.
PS2: My relative said he is always getting Windows updates that fail to install and thought I was correct in not trying many of the suggestions--just wait as you and I did. However, if you still haven't got that update which has been made to install maybe
you should do what I did and. get in touch with Microsoft. If you decide to get in touch with Microsoft, let me know and I'll tell you how I did it.
