Will Microsoft Flight Simulator support multiple monitors?

It looks like me need use standard Nvidia Surround to compensate for lack of FS2020 basic capability.  Staying with P3D!

You can span the display using Nvidia's Surround, which is part of the Nvidia control panel. 

There is something similar to this if you are using an AMD video card.

At present, FS2020 DOES NOT allow you to open new additional windows for separate instruments, views, etc., like it did in FSX.

Hopefully Microsoft will address this in the future, and make this benefit available, ... although I doubt it, because the software is designed to mainly run under an XBOX single window environment (using either a PC as in XBOX Beta for PC or on an XBOX console.)

I'm currently running FS2020 using three screens with a resolution of 5760 x 1200, and FS2020 runs fine across these three monitors which are in Nvidia's Surround (so it looks like one big, very wide screen monitor.) And this works great, EXCEPT it would be nice to be able to open up another window for just the instruments, like I could do under FSX. 

One of the trade-offs, of going with the much, much, much more advanced FS2020 software.

I wouldn't call it enhanced, only woefully retrograde!

Here are the results of my testing. 

I was in the Cessna 152 with a regular radio stack, with eight Radio Frequencies displayed as simulated LEDs.

I held down the Right Alt key, then hovered over the radio stack.

When I hovered over the Frequency Displays, one for each set of four frequencies, the cursor turned to a +.

I left clicked on the +, and it created a window of just the Radio Frequency Display. Then I could move the window to another monitor. Note that only the Radio Frequency Display was in the new window, not the entire radio with all of the knobs.

You can then hover over the second set of four frequencies, see the +, then left-click. This adds the second set of Radio Frequency displays to the same pop-out window.

You have to HOLD down the Right ALT key. While holding it down, move the mouse over various panels (I only found this to work over the radio stacks). The cursor will change to a (+) sign inside a magnifying glass which when you click pops out to an undocked window. Obviously, this won't work on an XBox since XBox doesn't have an ALT key....
